_Bern, Switzerland – June 25, 2025_– At today’s Swiss Medtech Day in Bern, Swiss Medtech and Innofuse Switzerland officially unveiled a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating innovation across the Swiss medical technology sector. Together, they are launching the **Swiss Medtech Innovation Platform** - a new digital matchmaking ecosystem designed to connect innovators, catalyze partnerships, and foster legally secure collaboration within the Medtech industry.

Swiss Medtech will provide all its member companies with access to the platform. While not exclusive to the association, members will be among the first to benefit. The platform is currently in development and set to launch in October 2025. 

“With the Swiss Medtech Innovation Platform, we’re creating a national engine for innovation,” said **Dr. Daniel Delfosse Vice Director of Swiss Medtech**. “By joining forces with Innofuse, we’re offering our members an unprecedented tool to discover collaborators - also outside the Medtech industry, across all sectors - , co-develop solutions, and stay ahead in a competitive global market.”

At the heart of the platform is a smart matchmaking algorithm that intelligently connects companies, startups, researchers, and clinical experts based on their innovation needs, technological strengths, and strategic focus areas. All collaboration is facilitated within a secure, compliant framework - ensuring both agility and peace of mind for participants.
