Dear **Future Innofuse User**,

We are in **the final phase** of the development work **before launching** Innofuse and going live in **Q2 2024**. The official launch date will be communicated during the user validation phase, taking place at the end of Q1 till the beginning of Q2 2024. We want to ensure that you will experience a robust platform from the very beginning. That's why we are committed to providing a seamless user experience.
The Innofuse web platform and community are expected to grow rapidly in the launch year. We are fully aware that **the value** of our platform and its memberships **will evolve** over time. Therefore, we plan to roll out our functionalities step by step. The learning algorithms will improve with the growing community and interactions on the platform. Consequently, the value on day 1 will be different from subsequent days and beyond. We want to be honest and transparent without making promises we can't keep or chasing rainbows.
We are committed to maintaining strong and transparent communication about advancements in our services. Our pipeline is extensive, and our backlog promises many new functionalities along the way. However, like everything else in life, we start at day 1.
Understanding the value relationship between functionality and the number of Innofuse members, **we aim to achieve two goals** simultaneously. First, we want to **reach a critical mass** of users as soon as possible. Second, we want to **reward the curiosity and experimentation spirit** of the innovators and early adopters who join the Innofuse movement from the early days.
The **final membership fees are defined** and will be establish after the ramp up phase. **A dynamic price development** will be installed with pre-defined ramp up prices based on registered member numbers. The logic is simple: **the earlier you catch your membership, the cheaper it will be**.
We call this ramp our **pre-go-live super sale**! And it will **start** on the **16th of February at exactly 12:00** (MET).
The different membership licenses will start and evolve along the registered member numbers as follows:

**What do you receive** with a membership at Innofuse? In brief: **access to the web platform** with all its functionalities – we do not differentiate between licenses. One license grants you access to all Innofuse features. Additionally, you will gain **access to the Innofuse co-creation office spaces** as outlined in the membership agreement. This space can be utilized as a regular office, for workshops, meetings, training sessions, networking with other members, events, and various other occasions.

Wondering about where Innofuse Switzerland stands? In calendar weeks 2 and 3 of 2024, we had the great pleasure of welcoming our experts and key opinion leaders to our new headquarters, the ORBIZ in Basel City, for the occasion of our 3rd ETM (Expert Team Meeting).

After engaging discussions and brainstorming in the previous two ETM sessions in Q4 2023, we focused this time on the presentation of the Innofuse Prototype, consisting of the co-creation space and the virtual web platform, along with its functionalities.

We are inspired by the diverse feedback we received from our team of experts, representing various industries and academia. As we are fully immersed in the development phase of Innofuse, it is a great asset to have these timely sanity checks with relevant voices from such motivated and deep-thinking contributors!
These insights will assist us in implementing the most effective functionalities to meet the real needs of different users, resulting in mutually beneficial scenarios. We are thrilled to learn from the collective expertise of our ETM experts. It is a great honor and part of our DNA.

Status Update ETM 3

After establishing our co-working/-creating space at ORBIZ, we entered into a contract with launchlabs, enabling our members to utilize launchlabs as an extended workbench. We are thrilled to share this exciting news with our members.

Co-working, trainings, and workshops will be possible at launchlabs, mirroring the offerings at ORBIZ. ORBIZ remains our primary base, while launchlabs serves as our partner for addressing capacity bottlenecks or the need for a larger location, especially for events.

Now, what does this mean for our members? Your membership includes access to the co-working and workshop space "Room Süd" (for up to 20 people) at no additional cost, subject to our terms and conditions. In essence, if our facilities at ORBIZ are at full capacity or you require a larger room for up to 20 people, you can utilize launchlabs, enjoying the same office space amenities as at ORBIZ. As an added bonus, our members receive a 50% discount on additional Launchlabs space rentals, such as the spacious event hall accommodating up to 200 people.
In simpler terms, your office now extends to a vibrant location in Gundeldinger Feld, Basel, with launchlabs. This unique space emits old fabric industrial romanticism and is surrounded by startups, excellent lunch options, and leisure facilities like a climbing/bouldering hall, a brewery, and nearby after-work drink spots.

Welcome to our inaugural physical office and co-creation space. After an extensive search for the perfect location for our members and ourselves, we discovered ORBIZ in the city of Basel, located at Aeschengraben 9.

The central location and proximity to the train station of the office space allow us to welcome people from all over the country as well as international guests. It takes a 4-minute walk or one tram stop (less than 1 minute) from Basel SBB to reach us. By public transportation, you can reach us in 60 minutes from Zürich HB, 65 minutes from Bern SBB, and the Euro Airport Basel is 20 minutes away by bus. Public parking (Aeschen-Parking) is conveniently located in the building, 5 minutes from the highway exit/access road.

While the central location in Basel is undoubtedly a significant advantage, it's not the only one. The entire office space is brand new (2023) and furnished with Vitra furniture.

This modern co-working space will enable the Innofuse community to access an inspiring environment for co-working, meeting other members, workshops (e.g., brainstorming), or training sessions, including all office space amenities. This includes access to the lounge equipped with free fresh coffee, etc.
