Organizations face massive challenges: productivity is stagnating, skilled workers are scarce, bureaucracy is growing, and demographics demand new solutions. Studies show: humans and AI together can handle over 30% more workload — and increase work quality by 20%. That’s the best-case scenario, though there are also examples that led to mental laziness and reluctance.
What really works, where are resources being wasted, and what remains truly human when AI makes decisions, controls processes, acts as a “bot-employee and colleague,” or even as a “bot-boss”?
